The TRANSFORME-RDC Project, funded by the World Bank, is recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation System Manager to design, coordinate, and oversee the project's M&E system. The manager will ensure effective implementation tracking, data quality, results indicator monitoring, and measurement of project performance and impact on women entrepreneurship and SME upgrading in DRC.
