Description Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the replacement of the wood seals (Douglas fir) on 11 Sluiceway Stoplogs with new; repair, sandblast, and repaint steel components including replaced spacer bars, clamping bars, bolts and screws. This will also include installing new rubber seals to the original design which will improve sealing capacity of the stoplogs.
