Summary

Shared Services Canada is conducting a multi-phase procurement process for IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to transform the Government of Canada's IT service management capabilities. This Invitation to Qualify (IQ) is the first phase, designed to prequalify suppliers for the subsequent Requirements Examination and Improvement (REI) phase. The ITSM service is expanding capabilities to include customer relationship management (CRM) integration, AI-based enhancements, and advanced client portal functionalities. Solutions must support multiple hosting options including vendor-hosted cloud (SaaS), government-hosted hybrid solutions, and fully on-premises deployments in government data centers. Qualified respondents will participate in collaborative requirements refinement before a final Supply Arrangement Request (SAR) that will remain open to all suppliers regardless of IQ participation.
