The City of Aix-en-Provence is seeking a service provider for comprehensive postal services: receipt, sorting and distribution of internal mail, centralization and optimization of shipments, postage, collection and delivery of mail, re-forwarding, and distribution of parcels to France and internationally. This is a framework agreement with call-offs at unit prices for an initial 1-year term (starting 01/01/2027), renewable 3 times by tacit renewal (4 years total). Prices are subject to semi-annual adjustment and the contract includes environmental and social execution conditions.
