Description
The University of Calgary requires two (2) miniscope systems, which are lightweight, head-mounted fluorescence microscopes, designed for chronic imaging of neural activity in freely behaving mice. The instrument must capture real-time fluorescence changes from dozens to hundreds of neurons inside brain regions via implanted GRIN lenses, providing cellular-resolution data over weeks to months.
