European Health Data Space IT systems development, operations and support

Summary

The European Commission DG SANTE seeks a contractor to develop, operate, and maintain multiple IT systems for the European Health Data Space Regulation. Work includes the HealthData@EU Central Platform and Infrastructure, Health Data IT Portal, European Database of registered health record systems, and European Digital Testing Environment. The contractor will maintain business requirements and technical specifications, perform systems development and operations, implement cybersecurity measures, provide systems support, and ensure proper project handover over a 48-month period.
