Summary
Alberta Children and Family Services is establishing a Pre-Qualified Request List (PQR-002-CFS) to create a resource list of qualified service providers for future contracting needs. Interested proponents, including those currently qualified under PQR-001-CFS, must submit a new Proposal Submission Form. Proponents identify the service categories and delivery regions where they wish to qualify. Selected providers will be added to a resource list that may be used for future proposals and contract awards without further competition.

This notice serves as the official announcement of the Alberta Children and Family Services’ new Pre-Qualified Request List (PQR-002-CFS). Interested proponents including those that currently qualified under the existing PQR-001-CFS, are required to submit the new Proposal Submission Form in accordance with the requirements of this opportunity (PQR-002-CFS).
