Policy Design Function

The commissioned supplier will help Defra understand the case for a broader function, the value it could add, and how it might fit alongside existing policy, delivery, analytical, digital, behavioural science, and evaluation teams. The work will provide an evidence-based proposition and outline credible operating model options to inform organisational planning for the next financial year.
