Summary
PSSC is seeking an architectural consulting firm to lead a multi-disciplinary team for pre-design, functional programming, and schematic design services for the Inuvik Satellite Station Facility (ISSF), a 1,277m² multi-use science and technology facility located 200km north of the Arctic Circle. The consultant must investigate modular building options versus traditional northern construction methods and deliver a Class C cost estimate and conceptual schematic options to support preliminary project approval and viability assessment. Scope is limited to Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) program requirements only.
