Description
Description The City of Winkler invites Bids for the provision of Standard Cut turf maintenance services, for mowing and line trimming, on City-owned or City-managed land within Winkler, Manitoba. The Work shall be performed during each Growing Season, normally May 1 to October 31, for the 2027 to 2031 mowing seasons.
