Summary

PERFORM REPAIRS ON THE UPPER PORTION OF SOUTH TOE RIVER ROAD. REPAIRS ARE NEEDED AS A RESULT OF SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE HELENE. THIS WILL RESTORE EMERGENCY ACCESS UP TO THE BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY, RESTORE ACCESS FOR NC STATE PARKS TO MT.
