Summary
Direct proposal from existing FPS provider to deliver accommodation with support services for single homeless adults aged 18+ with identified support needs. The service will provide minimum 15 units (1-2 bedrooms) and operate on a trauma-informed basis to identify root causes of homelessness and barriers to move-on. Support will include developing achievable plans to transition residents to permanent accommodation within 6-18 months, with assistance through council allocation or private rented sector sourcing. To provide accommodation with support in line with the specification for Lot 2 of the FPS for Housing Related Support, for single people who are homeless and have identified support needs.
