North Northamptonshire Council's Multi-Use Building Refurbishment, Corby

The council is looking to procure one provider to deliver the refurbishment of Ground and First Floor areas of an existing multi-storey office premises and the adjacent café premises into a flexible office/community provision. This requirement was sought using a further competition via the Crown Commercial Service framework RM6088 Construction Works and associated Services (Lot 1.1.1 Building Works & Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works & Services).
