The City of Meadow Lake (the "City") invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the mechanical dredging, dewatering, and disposal of accumulated sludge and grit from Lagoon Cells 1, A1, and A2. The primary disposal route is the Northwest Regional Landfill (Class II) located approximately 25 km west of the City (Range Road #3193 North).
