Canal de Isabel II, S.A. seeks qualified service providers to remove, transport, and manage dehydrated sludge from seven wastewater treatment plants (EDARs) across Madrid, plus dry granular sludge from the South Thermal Drying Plant. The contract spans 3 years with an option for 1-year renewal (4 years total). Two lots are available: Lot 1 covers six main EDARs (€18.67M), and Lot 2 covers the South EDAR and thermal drying facility (€8.44M). Tenderers may bid on up to 2 lots.
