Description
To complete a 1FE expansion to Northfleet Technology College by Summer 2027. Northfleet Technology College is a PFI school, the site area will be outlined and agreed prior to the works starting place - a Deed of Variation will be in place outlining the Contractors site area. The proposed expansion will consist of a standalone teaching block. The ongoing hard and soft FM services will be the responsibility of the school.
