• Account information: Name, email address, company name, and phone number when you sign up or request a demo.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns to improve our service.
• Documents you upload: RFPs, proposals, and other documents you submit for analysis. These are processed to provide our AI analysis services.
• Payment information: Billing details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve TenderIQ services.
• To process your document analyses and proposal scoring.
• To send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to your support requests and demo inquiries.

4. AI Processing

TenderIQ uses artificial intelligence to analyze procurement documents and score proposals. Documents you upload are sent to our AI processing pipeline for analysis. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models. Your documents are processed solely to provide you with the requested analysis results.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure hosted in North America. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) and payment processors (Stripe) that help us operate the service.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable Canadian privacy legislation (including PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information and uploaded documents within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
