Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TenderIQ ("the Service"), operated by Kyros Groupe (9547-6636 Québec inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TenderIQ is a procurement intelligence platform that aggregates government tender opportunities, provides AI-powered document analysis, proposal scoring, and related tools to help businesses compete for government contracts.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@tenderiq.ai for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to disrupt the Service.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents, proposals, and other content you upload to TenderIQ. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI analysis, scoring). We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the Service to you.

7. Tender Data

TenderIQ aggregates publicly available tender data from government procurement portals. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all tender information is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical details (deadlines, requirements, submission instructions) with the issuing authority before submitting a bid.

8. AI-Generated Content

TenderIQ uses AI to generate analyses, summaries, proposal drafts, and scores. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist your decision-making and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or procurement advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use in any official submission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderIQ and Kyros Groupe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost bids, or lost contracts, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your uploaded content will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montréal, Québec.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
